Essential technologies support sign-in, security and core operation. Analytics or marketing technologies should only be enabled in line with your choices and the appropriate legal basis.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored by a browser. Local storage, session storage, pixels or other identifiers may provide a similar function. These technologies can maintain a login, remember settings, protect the Service and, according to your preferences, measure or evaluate website use.
Some cookies are session-only and expire when the browser closes. Others may remain for a defined period or until removed by the user.
2. Essential cookies
Essential cookies and storage are required for the website and administration, particularly secure sign-in, session continuity, form protection, abuse prevention, language selection and recording cookie choices. Without them, parts of the Service cannot be provided correctly.
We use these technologies because they are necessary to provide the requested Service and protect its operation. They are not normally disabled through a consent banner. Blocking them in the browser may affect functionality.
3. Preference cookies
Preference cookies may remember choices that are not essential but make the website more convenient, such as extended interface settings or content preferences. Where they are used and require consent, they are enabled only after consent is given.
4. Analytics cookies
Analytics tools can help us understand which parts of the website are used, whether errors occur and how to improve the Service. They may process a shortened or full IP address, device information, the visited page, traffic source and website events.
Essential operational measurement that does not store an identifier may be treated differently; optional analytics cookies are enabled only in accordance with your choices and applicable law.
5. Marketing cookies
Marketing technologies may measure campaigns, limit repeated advertising or create audiences. If deployed, they are enabled only after the relevant user choice and may share identifiers with advertising partners.
ZOXIO AI Chat does not require marketing cookies for the account or AI chatbot to operate.
6. Chat widget on a Customer website
The widget may use technical identifiers or storage needed to maintain conversation continuity, security and abuse prevention. The exact deployment depends on the configuration and Customer website.
The operator of the website where the widget is embedded is responsible for including the relevant information in its own cookie and privacy documentation and for obtaining consent where required for its configuration.
7. Changing your preferences
You can change or withdraw consent for optional categories at any time through the website cookie settings control. Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing. Cookies may also be deleted or blocked in browser settings.
Blocking every cookie may sign you out, remove settings or prevent secured parts of the administration from working. Settings in one browser generally do not carry over to another browser or device.
8. Duration, providers and updates
Storage duration depends on the purpose of each technology. Session cookies usually expire when the session ends; persistent cookies are removed after their configured period, withdrawal of consent or manual deletion. The consent management interface should list the exact names, providers and durations in use.
We may update this information when the technologies used change. Questions about cookies or privacy may be sent to zoxio@zoxio.eu. The Czech version is the governing version if the translations differ.
